Our Story
Les and Simi met at the St. Ann's festival in Hoboken in 2004. While their conversation was an hour that day, Les thought that he met someone special while Simi wasn't so sure. Numbers were exchanged but Simi's phone must have not worked as Les did not receive a call back. They would bump into each other months later but the two headstrong indiviuals would continue to play this cat and mouse game throughout the year. One making the call and the other pretending she never received it. Then one day the following year, they would see each other again and decided that maybe they should go out and see what happens. Their first date was at Cucharamama in Hoboken, where they ended up closing the restaurant and actually enjoyed each other's company. It was a surprise for the two of them but a pleasant one. Well, I guess things worked out in the end as they have decided to seal their love in Jamaica on April 25th, 2008. They chose Jamaica because they wanted a fun, fabulous, laid back wedding in paradise, surrounded by those they love.
