The Bride's Story
I was born in Guyana and came to New Jersey at the age of two. I grew up in North Bergen, NJ with my parents and my two younger sisters Simone and Christine. Since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to work with children. It started when I got my first blackboard at six years old and tortured my sister to be the student as I taught. I took that experience and many others on my way to being an educator. I am currently a high school teacher in Jersey City. While it's a tough environment to say the least, I love my kids. My true passion is to counsel emotionally disturbed children which is a goal I am currently pursuing. Along with my career, I look forward to travelling and raising a family with my future husband.
